Ibiza Weekender: There's a reason you might recognise Dean 'Deano' Baily

Ibiza Weekender’s Dean ‘Deano’ Baily also appeared on The X Factor [ITV]

Deano Baily is known for being a cheeky holiday rep, starring on ITV2 reality show Ibiza Weekender along with co-star and former flame Imogen Townley and pal Jordan Davies.

His charming persona has meant he is a fans favourite, and the star has a habit of falling in love instantly.

However, Deano previously caused a stir when he auditioned for talent show The X Factor in 2014, in front of judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Mel B and Louis Walsh.

During his audition he stripped off to reveal his ripped abs in the hope of bagging himself a place in the next round.

He then performed a rendition of Olly Murs’ hit Thinking Of Me.

unfortunately it didn’t go down well with the panel and Louis Walsh suggested he joined the Chippendales instead. Ouch.

However, he was bought back as a wildcard, and went on to perform again at the arena auditions.

However, his version of Peter Andre’s Mysterious Girl failed to get him through to the next round.

Co-stars Imogen and Deano initially got together after meeting out in Ibiza, but split in July 2015.

Despite Deano striking up a romance with Ellie Young on the last series of Ibiza Weekender, viewers watched him confess to Imogen that he was still in love with her.

Imogen chose to walk away from her former flame and she admits things turned “sour” between herself and Deano once they were back in the UK again.
