On top of that, the 99 Problems rapper revealed he was planning to drop a new album, coming very soon.
However, the 47 year old made a subtle change to his name that some may have missed, after becoming a dad once again.
He has added the hyphen back to his stage name, and capitalised all letters, meaning he is officially ‘JAY-Z’.

The change comes in time for his new album, 4:44, which will be available to stream on Tidal on June 30.
Previously speaking about removing the hyphen from his name, he admitted it wasn’t ‘useful’ anymore.
In an interview back in 2013, he told US radio show Big Boy: “The hyphen was really big back in the day. It’s not useful anymore.

“I had umlauts over one of the letters, I removed that too.”
Jay’s change comes after it was reported he welcomed twins with wife Beyoncé.
While there has been no official announcement from the power couple as of yet, it has been reported the Formation star gave birth to the new arrivals on Monday night or Tuesday morning.

The Formation singer’s dad, Mathew Knowles, appeared to confirm the news with a sweet message on social media.
An insider also told People magazine: “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends.”
The twins’ arrival will have expanded their brood to three, with the superstar couple already parents to daughter Blue Ivy, who was born in 2012.
