On the episode of EastEnders, Linda Carter – played by Kellie Bright – finally got her life back on track with her husband Mick Carter – played by Danny Dyer – at the Queen Vic.
Only recently, Linda chucked Mick out of their marital home and pub after he confessed to have a brief fling and feelings for their former daughter-in-law Whitney Dean.
However, the feisty Queen Vic landlady decided to have her husband back but on one condition – he promised to never see Whitney again.
Despite deciding to rekindle things with Mick, Linda still made him sleep on the sofa and was cool towards him as she ordered him to clear out their former daughter-in-law’s bedroom into bin bags.

However, on her way back from picking things up at her mum’s place, she had a conversation with Jack Branning who urged her to forgive him fully.
And upon returning to the Queen Vic, Linda cleared the sofa and moved Mick’s things back into their marital bedroom – willing for a fresh start.
But just as Linda was getting ready to open her heart again, Mick decided to drop Whitney’s things off to her in person, despite Stacey Fowler telling him she’d do it.
Upon their awkward chat, it was clear there were still unresolved feelings towards the pair, while Mick decided to give his former flame a wad of cash from the pub, considering he got her fired from her old job.

However, Whitney refused to accept the cash and later on Fi Browning stormed into the Queen Vic accusing Shirley Carter of stealing money after noticing there was a large amount missing from the till.
But a sheepish Mick was forced to come clean and admit it was him who had taken the wad of cash for Whitney.
Linda was left devastated over the new betrayal and shouted: “Oh I see, you needed to pay off your tart!”
And the feisty landlady slapped her husband after he replied with: “Don’t call her that!”
