However, the actress took her smoking levels up a notch when she tried cannabis as a part of a new ITV documentary.
In the three-part series ‘Gone To Pot’ she joined other celebrities who embarked on a US road-trip investigating the marijuana culture.
In one of many experiments the show explores, Pam is seen attending an art class – where partipants smoke and paint.

Speaking on Lorraine Kelly Friday morning about her time on the show the 75 year old began: “I have an amazing respect for that plant which can be so useful to us if it’s used properly.”
“The medical effects – which are yet to be confirmed – can be amazing,” she concluded.
Moving on to the darker side of the drug – which is classified as Class B in the UK – she said: “So if a young mind, like someone aged 12, uses it.”
”I presume that’s why kids go absolutely crazy on it.”
Pam wanted to find out more as she took part in experiments using the drug [ITV]
Speaking to The Sun about the experiments she took part in, she said: “We were taken to this warehouse…there were easels, tables and chairs.”
“We jumped in with both feet and sat down and started to paint this cactus.’’

She added: ”The guy came round with this joint and I took a puff, and Bobby took a puff then we got on with this painting.”
“I thought, ‘Oh well, this is a terrible painting and I don’t know what to do with it’.”

Gone To Pot is on next Monday, Wednesday and Friday on ITV.
