The This Morning presenter has switched up her wardrobe just in time for summer, and her sleeveless dresses and shorter skirts are leaving fans wondering whether she’s lost weight.

Has Holly Willoughby lost weight? is a question that is cropping up over and over again as fans beg the 36 year old to share her diet and exercise regime.

One fan commented: “Weight loss by the tonne!! Still a complete goddess xxx.”

Defending the mum of three, one wrote: “Beautiful. Ignore any comments about weight loss.

“You look amazing and as long as you are happy with how you look, that’s all that matters.”

And now Holly’s pilates instructor – who is the director of Body Control Pilates has revealed all to The Sun.

Revealing she’s been working with Holly since the birth of her youngest son Chester in 2014, she said: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.”

“Holly had postnatal matt work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.”

“The exercises would have also helped strengthen the pelvic floor which can loosen after pregnancy, as well as help trim the waist and flatten the stomach.”

She added that she gets the 36 year old to use a towel for exercises and focuses on her alignment and connecting the deep abdominal muscles.

Fans who have been impressed by Holly’s toned physique, or worried she’s loosing her famous curves, will be pleased with the new information as Holly has previously refused to talk about her weight loss.

Speaking to Prima magazine, Holly admitted she would never discuss her diet and exercise as she doesn’t want to encourage eating disorders.

She said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.

“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”

Holly added: “I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders.

“I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets.”

Fans have had nothing but praise for Holly since she made her big revelation about weight and body confidence.
