Cruz Beckham's manager Scooter Braun hits back at Piers Morgan after he slammed his Christmas single

Piers Morgan gave his opinion on Cruz Beckham on Good Morning Britain

And now Cruz Beckham‘s manager Scooter Braun has hit back at Piers on Twitter.

While discussing the single released to raise money for charity by David and Victoria Beckham’s son on Good Morning Britain, Piers went off on his rant.

He said: “Why don’t you go to school mate? Because you’re not famous, your parents are famous so don’t you just carry on your education and let’s just stop putting these kids into the public domain while simultaneously saying privacy!”

He continued: “We need the money! Come on, we’re down to our last half billion, come on son!”

Susanna Reid then attempted to reason with Piers, saying: “He’s not doing it for personal profit, he’s doing it for charity.”

Cruz’s manager Scooter Braun caught wind of the discussion and hit back at Piers on Twitter.

“He is an 11 year old who wanted to make a song to help other kids. Once again Piers shows why he is a jackass and why his show was cancelled,” he tweeted to his 4.08m followers.

Piers replied: “He’s an 11yr-old child being cynically pimped out by his famous parents with your collusion. Be proud Scooter! [sic]”

Scooter replied: “How about you match him dollar for dollar to the charity? Instead of criticising step up and help these kids the way Cruz is.

“Please answer my question and stop dodging with bs. Will u match his donation to charity? Or continue to be a hypocrite?

Later Scooter reiterated that “ALL proceeds” from the single will go to charity.

Then he added: “I can’t stand bullies.”

Cruz’s single ‘If Everyday was Christmas’ was exclusively played on the Capital London Breakfast Show by Dave Berry, George & Lilah this morning.

And earlier today, David Beckham took to Instagram to show off his immense pride for the 11 year old.

In a cute video showing Cruz listening to his own song being played, David can be heard whooping and shouting “nice!” with the youngster dressed in his burgundy red school uniform as he prepared to start the day.

Cruz couldn’t stop smiling as he heard his festive anthem, looking very happy with himself as he giggled with his dad.

David captioned the cute video: “Not his average morning before school…

“Proud of my little man with his new Christmas single and also helping children around the UK with the proceeds from this…”
