The brunette beauty, who already has an 11-year-old daughter, Lola, says the main thing her and fiancé Rudi Coleano wanted was for their babies to be healthy – and after finding that out, they could get excited about welcoming two little GIRLS into their family.
The 39 year old exclusively confessed to OK! Magazine: “We found out at the five-month scan just before Christmas, and we’re just over the moon that they’re both healthy – it really was the best Christmas present!
“My due-date is May 3rd, but because it’s twins, they won’t get me go over 37 weeks so we’re expecting them in mid-April.”
The star hasn’t had the easiest of years, after going through a gruelling round of IVF last year – which left the family devastated when it failed.

But, after changing clinics, the pair tried again – and were overwhelmed with the news that they were expecting not one, but TWO babies.
And while football coach Rudi secretly hoped for a boy, they are very happy to be adding more girls into the family.
“One boy and one girl would have completed the family,” Lucy added. “because Rudi has four sisters and, with him being a goalkeeper, he would’ve loved a boy to carry on the goalkeeping in the family – instead of a dog with one brain cell!
“Two girls are easier, there will be no split car journeys on a Saturday taking one to football and one to dance class.

Lucy has been with Rudi for a long time – yet the pair have never wed despite getting engaged just two weeks after meeting.
Speaking about why they haven’t walked down the aisle, the star said: “We were engaged after two weeks and then I got pregnant after six months.
“Then work and our little girl Lola and everything else just happened.”
And, the pair haven’t ruled out trying again for another baby – in the hopes it could be a little boy.

She added: “Someone said to me recently: ‘Oh next time it could be a boy! and I was like ‘What do you mean next time, is three not enough!
Mind you, most people say that when you go from two to three children, it’s a massive different, so three to four might not be that bad!”
